The patented anatomical shape and 4-panel construction hold the sleeve tight to the joint through the full range of motion, so it keeps its compression at the bottom of a squat instead of gapping at the top. The dense SBR/neoprene stabilizes the knee under load and stores your body heat through the set — which is why this thickness is the standard in powerlifting, weightlifting and strongman training.
