Customs Duties & Import Fees

All orders are shipped from Germany DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Goods - such as the Rehband sporting products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory outside the EU, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so Rehband isn't involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things issued by your local government. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty. But if you have concerns we suggest that you please check with your local customs authorities.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

How do I track my order?

Easy Peasy! As soon as your Rehband order has been fulfilled, you´ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Shipping Information, Tracking and Invoice for Order: XXXX”. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link in the mail. If you haven´t received an email yet, don’t worry! Your order will usually take about 24 hours (working days) to be dispatched. Furthermore, Rehband mails are unfortunately classified as spam sometimes, so please be so kind and check your spam folder in your mail account as well.

What can I do when I still haven´t received my order?

After we handed over your parcel to the chosen provider (UPS or DHL) the delivery process is no longer in our hands. Nevertheless, if you have any problems like long delays or no updated status since days with your shipment, please contact our support team support@rehband.com and we´ll find the best solution for you.

How are the shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs vary depending on shipping address, shipping option and preferred shipping carrier. Once you select the shipping option, the fee will be applied to your order total. In our shipping cost table you will find all necessary information.

Does Rehband ship to P.O. Box, APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes, it is possible to ship to a military address. Please select “Warenpost Int. USA – Forwarded to USPS” as shipping method. This will allow us to bring your package into the USPS Mail circle, which makes it possible to forward it to the Military Post Services. Please be aware that these shipments take much more time than a standard shipment and is also dependent on the location of your military facility.

Can products be delivered to a different mailing address from the billing address?

Yes, you can ship to a different address than your billing address. Your billing address should reflect the payment method address. The shipping address is at your discretion and can vary from the billing address.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you´re fast enough it is no problem actually and we´re giving our best to handle it. Please contact us asap via email: support@rehband.com. But please note that our fulfillment center is incredibly fast and begins working on orders almost immediately once they are placed. When your order is already processed, then please follow the Exchanges & Returns process. Please make sure to review your order details carefully, including the size and color of your gear, as well as your shipping address.
