Not Quite Right? No Problem!
Thank you for your recent purchase at Rehband.com. At Rehband your satisfaction is our priority and we strive to make your shopping experience with us risk free. Should you need to return or exchange a product please follow the instructions below:
We are happy to exchange your product within 30 days of receipt. If you’d like to exchange your purchase for another size, color or product, please email email@example.com and tell us in detail which item you are returning and which item or size you´d like to receive in exchange. Please include your Order ID (a 4-6 digit number located on the upper right of your invoice) in your email. Unfortunately we are not able to refund the shipping costs on your initial order, but we will ship out the replacement product immediately. To return the original item, please follow the return instructions below.
We will accept returns within 30 days of your receipt and as long as the product and packaging are in new condition. If you would like to return all or a portion of your purchased items please follow the instructions below:
Fill in your Order ID where instructed on the “Need to return?” card which was sent with your order. Your Order ID is a 4-6 digit number located on the upper right of your invoice and was included in your shipment.
Package the product and completed “Need to return?” card together and ship your package to one of our Rehband return centers noted below. Please be sure to include the completed return card with your Order ID in your return package. This helps us to process your refund faster.

Purchase return postage using USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, DPD or other carrier. We highly recommend using a service that offers tracking and to note your tracking number (receipt) for your return package in case there is a problem with transit or delivery.
Securely attach your shipping label to the outside of your package. Please only place other documents like the invoice or return card inside your package, not outside the package.
Please allow a minimum of 5 days from when your return is received and accepted, for your refund to be completed.
Rehband Return Requirements
- We accept exchanges or returns within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in their original packaging and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
- Items must be unwashed and unused.
- Customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless our customer service department determines that we are at fault for an order error or product defect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Anything accidentally or incorrectly returned to Rehband (that’s not a Rehband item) will be the responsibility of the sender, not Rehband. We’ll always do our very best to help out, but unfortunately can’t make any promises!
WE CANNOT ACCEPT A RETURN IF…
- a returned product does not meet Rehband’s return requirements.
- a return is received at the wrong address.
- a return request is made to Rehband more than 30 days from the date you received your item without special approval.
- the item is damaged or permanently altered in any way.
- the item is damp or dirty.
- the item has been written on or shows other signs of damage.
Still Haven´t Received Your Refund?
Depending on the courier you are using and country you're returning your item(s) from, it can sometimes take UP TO 14 WORKING DAYS (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team. If you did not include your Order ID in your return this can also cause delays.
If your return is marked as delivered, you can be assured that our returns team is working on it. Please allow a minimum of 5 days from when your return is received and accepted, for your refund to be completed. If you need to get in touch with Customer Support about your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include in your message:
- Proof of postage (like a receipt)
- The tracking number
- Your Order ID (4-6 digits in the upper right of your invoice)
We'll then follow up with you as early as possible!
