HOW DO YOU WORKOUT DURING A WEEK?
"During Games training I split up my sessions. I typically coach the 6am. Train from 7:00-8:30am. Eat something light. Coach the 9am and then train again. I don’t like to take full on rest days typically. If it is a “rest” day I will still do something like a flow piece. My body responds better to movement."
DO YOU HAVE ANY TRAINING ADVISE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE?
"Head down, mouth shut, work. It is a simple saying but can mean so much in the fast-moving world we live in. When it is time to train get it done with no distractions."
WHY AND WHEN DID YOU START TO WORKOUT?
"I have been an athlete my whole life. I played baseball and played football in college. It is part of who I am. I started to workout in high school to prepare for my sports season."
WHAT DOES YOUR RECOVERY LOOK LIKE?
"Some things I do to help promote a better recovery is getting as close to 8 hours of sleep as possible, maintaining good nutrition, using a sauna, and stretching and mobilizing regularly."
