DESCRIPTION

The RX Knee Sleeve 5mm by Rehband is our most popular knee sleeve — a medium-support sleeve in 5 mm neoprene that gives you targeted warmth, compression and full mobility under the bar.

The patented anatomical shape and 4-panel construction follow the joint through deep flexion, so the sleeve keeps its compression at the bottom of a squat instead of gapping at the top. The SBR/neoprene blend stabilizes the knee under load without locking you down — the balance that works for squats, weightlifting, CrossFit, Hyrox and HIIT.

Fits the right or left knee, sold as a single sleeve or as a pair, in seven sizes. Going heavier? The RX Knee Sleeve 7mm gives you more support. Training high-rep or endurance? The RX Knee Sleeve 3mm carries less bulk.
