Size guide: Knee Strap
Measure once and use the table to find the size that fits you.
Size chart
| Size | Calf circumference (cm) | Calf circumference (in) |
|---|---|---|
| S/M | 27–35 | 10.6–13.8 |
| L/XL | 35–43 | 13.8–16.9 |
Between two sizes?
For a firmer fit during sports and training, choose the smaller size. For more comfort and all-day wear, choose the larger size.
If in doubt, choose the larger size.
How to measure correctly
-
Grab a measuring tape
A flexible tape measure works best. No tape at hand? Use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler afterwards.
-
Sit down and bend your knee slightly
Sit on the edge of a chair and stretch your leg forward with your heel on the floor, so that your knee is only slightly bent – about 30°. Relax your leg.
-
Find the measuring point
Measure 10 cm down from the centre of your kneecap and remember this spot – this is where you’ll measure your calf in the next step.
-
Measure around your calf
Wrap the tape around your calf at this spot. Keep it level and snug against the skin, without pulling it tight.
