Brittany Weiss

Brittany Weiss is a dedicated CrossFit athlete with a background in competitive gymnastics spanning 16 years.

Since discovering CrossFit in 2012, she's become a three-time CrossFit Games athlete and stood on top of the podium in 2023 with her team. Brittany is driven by her love for pushing her limits and continuously improving.

"Keep going. The days can feel so long and the hours we put inside the gym chasing our best self can feel overwhelming at times. So I always remind myself to keep going. I don’t have to do this but I get to do this."

What advice would you give someone starting or wanting to improve in your sport?

"No dream is ever too big. Trust the process and enjoy the journey. Set little goals for yourself and work towards it every day. You are your biggest competition."

What is your favourite exercise and your favourite workout?

"Anything gymnastics. Coming from a gymnastics background, I really enjoy anything that involves swinging around or walking on my hands."
