Rugbrace | QD Back Support 3mm

Absolutely love this support belt , I’ve had a few before but this is the best, fantastic material excellent cut fits really nicely, I like it to keep my back warm and support, I do calisthenics nowadays so this is perfect. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks

Smells very strongly of chemicals at first after the first wash but everything is okay
Could be a little stronger, it's very elastic but that's my personal assessment

This is a solid back support. The 3mm thickness provides good compression and warmth. Its comfortable to wear during workouts and offers great stabilization for my lower back. The only downside is that its a bit bulky, but overall its a great product.

This back support is okay. It provides some warmth and support, but the 3mm thickness feels a bit too much for me. It does help with posture and stabilizes my back to some extent. The quality is fine, but I was expecting a bit more comfort.

Im quite happy with the QD Back Support 3mm. Its good for keeping my back warm and supported during heavy lifting. The quality of the material is high, and it does help with posture. It could be a bit more flexible, but it works well overall.
