I like these, but bear in mind, these are stout support and I only wear them when lifting heavy. And for that they're excellent. For all other lifting, I have a lightweight pair of sleeves I wear for the compression and warmth.

I've used Rehband knee sleeves for 20 years. They are still my favorite brand. These elbow sleeves are good too- same material. Round up on the sizing though. My larges are more like mediums.
Ich habe h�ufig Gelenkschmerzen beim Gewichtheben. Das konnte ich mit den Bandagen reduzieren. Liegt sehr wahrscheinlich auch an der besseren Durchblutung.
