Technogel Gel Insoles

Very lightweight and comfortable! I can feel the difference in my hips and knees, especially when walking long distances. I will be ordering another pair for my running shoes soon.

Great insoles, but I wish they were a bit thicker. They are perfect for walking but could use more cushioning for running. Still, a solid choice for everyday use.
